If true then bummer for existing Aus retailers. But logically Sil Valley is the place for BRN to be if heading for the stars. Also logically is the sort of price Aus retailers will be offered. We could argue black and blue that we expect the price to be $5 in x years but it won't work.
I suspect if and when this happens existing Aus retailers will be offered shares on the new board. Most broker platforms eg Commsec have streamlined international share trading in recent times.
