    Louis the money-whisperer may have convinced him. Peter likely doesn't have as great a sway of the board as in the past.

    Anyway it is true this is all rank speculation until we get the official announcement. But good to discuss. Wonder what the retail:insto holding ratio is with regards to what they'll need for 75%.
