The only possibility for Nasdaq participation at the company's current stage of development is if they merge with another (profitable) company or are acquired. In either of those cases fair value for the existing shares would have to assessed by an independent third party and shareholders paid accordingly. As an example, I worked for an IT company during its 2 year run-up to a Nasdaq listing but 2 months before it was due to make its debut a larger competitor made an offer - based on an independent expert's assessment of the value of the shares. I had a bunch of options in the original company that were converted to shares in the larger company and sold out of them at a handsome profit less than 12 months later..........
