I guess by the proposed trading halt lift date that WKT is passing around the cap to see whether they can place the remaining shortfall.

Interesting, I wonder how they will go at placing shortfall that is priced above current and VWAP market value.

No doubt Director Tom will be thumbs-upping his way around the sophisticated investors yet again - I wonder if the high volume of shares sold below the last capital raising price will still be on their minds.
