IMO - Xped entering new licencing agreements will become a common event. Hopefully the market recognises this sooner rather than later, and that no single deal will make Xped alone. Each deal on it's own might not seem outstanding, or generate a significant rerate of the SP, but in time the accumulation of these deals will provide a diverse revenue stream for Xped.
Obviously we can only speculate on the outcome of this Trading Halt, and I think back to the Arcadyan deal and cannot recall any previous dot joining prior to the announcement that identified Arcadyan as a potential partner of Xped.
Right now, a new licencing deal could arise from any of Xped's many existing partners, entities, relationships. No matter what the details of this coming announcement, there will be many more to follow...
Intel
The Company has enjoyed the working relationship and support provided by Intel and is closely working with Intel's business development team to identify licensing opportunities that can bring revenue to Xped.

ST Microelectronics
ST Micro has been very supportive of the development, providing development kits, chip samples and technical support over the development phase. Xped will continue to collaborate with ST Micro and continue to explore opportunities for new technology solutions, channel partner introductions, and business development in general.
Telink (Complex Semi already achieved)
The JV agreement is non-exclusive between Xped and Complex Semiconductor. The Company expects to have other similar agreements in place with other parties in China and abroad, utilising the "joint marketing" approach with Telink Semiconductor that has generated this and other opportunities.
Arcadyan
Relevant to Business Development, Xped and Arcadyan will work together to on progress business development opportunities with immediate effect, this will include dual marketing at Event, Trade shows, and client visits. Arcadyan provides Xped with access to their existing customer base which includes very large Telecommunication Companies and Retail Channels. Collaborative business development and customer introductions are expected to commence this quarter, Q1 2017.
JCT
JCT and Xped are working together to develop an ADRC technology based disability care platform, and JCT will scale its channel partners to support the sales of this and other new solutions as they come to market in 2017.
Having established a national presence, JCT is commencing to explore channel partner and reseller agreement opportunities internationally, targeting international expansion in early 2018.

The organisations that Xped are seeking to license our technology with, are very large multi-national corporations, that expect to see a well-capitalised Xped, which offers long term surety to reduce their own risk and exposure.
