and this is what we have seen with VHT with it's recent raising...it has stayed at 5-10% above it's raising price, despite some/many rights holders selling into this....this raising by AXP is product rollout, not development....this is the income stage of any product development so price may not necessarily drop back to raising price....hopefully retail holders get a look in...if not, no dramas as on market buying at this level I think, will still look cheap in 12 months time as revenue is received/rollout progresses,
