    I am wondering if they are taking bids?  That is they have gone to market to say we are wanting to raise 10mil... how much a share are you willing to pay.. if someone was desperate to get a chunk of the company and willing to pay a premium then who knows.

    @humble69 willing to reveal source?  I am also wondering if they are only raising funds from the US? IN no way woudl I be surprised if they raised funds at a premium as FDA is done and dusted and now this is on way up.
