Crikey.. they must be bullish to want to do this.... They must have a massive upfront spend... I hope for the following:
1. If they go only to insto' and sophisticated/professional I would want the price per share to be at a significant premium to teh current price
2. If below current SP then I want retail to be offered
3. I want a though investor pack as to what they plan to use the funds for. I would have thought that by now they would still have 12mil in the bank.
