they were going to need to raise at some stage - the faster they intend to roll out the more they need it - so it is positive in that respect, and better to be early/safe than sorry in this regard

recent trading does look like someone has been strongly anticipating a discounted CR, potentially also keeping a lid on the SP which could be for various reasons, none of them positive for general SH especially if we are not given a chance to participate


I'd be keen to take a look at any discounted CR but I suspect given previous private placements and the fact that early stage SH didn't participate they are unlikely to go to the effort/expense of offering this to all SH

the positive for LT SH who are not concerned by ST price volatility is that during the last placement there was a chance to purchase on market for a similar price as the private placement
