While cash position is not a significant immediate concern, it really isn't great for the company to be hobbled by marketing budgets when they really want raise awareness of the product across the entire US market.

To hit the growth rates investors expect, they will need at least another $10M-$15M, though on current MC and shares on issue they can raise a maximum of around $33M if going only through sophisticated /insto investors, i. e. 15% of issued capital at around 10% discount. I'm hoping no more than 5% discount, but $1 sounds like a nice round number.

I have to say a little disappointing with the leaky ship, I will put that one in the memory bank(or maybe the CR was more obvious to others) . I also suspect the 4C isn't going to look too flash given they are doing raise before release. These guys are pretty smooth operators which is both annoying and a comfort to SH's.
