dude/dudette they changed tack - was Chinese then they said they had options to get out of that if required as they wanted the certainty of a western offtake. IMO it will be a western offtake as they had already locked away the chinese one IF they wanted it.
if its another Chinese one then I will need to read the fineprint on this one and must say I will be a little disappointed if not a western offtake.
anyhow will wait and see what the ANN says when released)
