Otherwise the risk facing the directors for running a public company while insolvent is too serious for their career.

It's also in the platinum's liquidator interest to get the debt deal done otherwise they wouldnt get anything...

Hi Kepo

They are reasonable, alternative points of view to have and which I don't disagree with (your 2nd sentence and also regarding further equity raising or bridging loan).

The way I see it - it is all like skating on thin ice - and the final outcome could go either way. Those having a punt, and who understand the risk, have already made up their minds. I wish them well.
