My apologies...I haven't made my comment clear. Im agreeing with you guys that the liquidators would take the royalty option.
When i wrote "I am not in the camp that believes the Liquidator will be happy to take a "hair cut" on the Cokal debt. I think the exact opposite". it was in the context of the discussions here in recent weeks about the debt potentially being settled for an agreed amount significantly less than the full US$10m.
I tend to believe the Liquidators will still be looking at recouping the full $US10m - not settle on an amount less than that.
