How is having an opinion "misleading people".

"There is nothing preventing the company seeking a bridging loan or conducting small $500k CR to tide them over". That is one of a number of possible outcomes. I agree with you.

But there are many other possible outcomes - and some which you may not care to envisage. Nevertheless, they exist.

* Including voluntary administration if the company runs out of cash (and who will get the Cokal assets then?). Lets not forget the Cokal Auditor's views on this - staed in black and white in the last 2 Annual Reports.
* Platinum liquidators wanting to re-negotiate terms (these are different people to those who agreed the original debt/royalty swap - so new points of view will be on the table).

Lots can happen Von - it doesn't always pan out the way any of us might think - as we have all witnessed already over the years that this saga has been played out.

In the interim, I think it is fair and reasonable for people to be allowed to freely debate all potential scenarios w/o being accused of misleading people....
