Then it goes on to say there is another 10 mil shares that can be placed at 2c to OTHER LT SH. So the way I read it is that the company would be willing to place another 200k worth of stock to current SH.

IMO it was a token gesture to so called LT SH, so they could get the Acuity placement across the line.

I could be way off the mark, but that was my understanding of that particular email. Share price action has been strong and some ok volume at these levels too, which is encouraging.

I spoke to Justin about the other 10M available and was advised that " I’ll need you to confirm that you’re a “sophisticated investor” (as the ASIC definition) because the Company has, in the past 12 months, issued shares to existing shareholders and used its full allowance of unsophisticated investors in doing so."
