Not that it makes a big difference, but I doubt that ICG initiated this just to get a bit more cash in the kitty apropos of nothing. My best guess is that they were approached with a tempting offer by a party that they see as desirable to have on the register. Pure speculation on my part, so might have to eat humble pie next week.
