Don't doubt Stephen Rogers - he's very experienced and capable. The problem is, despite the change of guard, raising money is hard to do when you've got history hanging over you. The recent team have actually deployed and retrieved a buoy successfully - and proven its capabilities.

Also don't forget that Protean's previous share price has been reflected by its mineral wealth in Korea. Uranium has tanked from $140 to roughly $20 today - which is compounding the share price story.

50K of the last Cr was mine which just got them over 2.5Million mark at 2.538 Million. Difference is my 50k only got me 2 Million shares & options instead of the 10 Million i could buy now!
