Not sure how new you are to investing but when there is a trading halt, the reason for the halt needs to be given. Sometimes it is in the first announcement but it can also occur in a secondary announcement. In this case the reason is in the first announcement (never on 1st page but usually on the 2nd page) as Aaronoh has pointed out.
