    Since CR was a last resort, it may have been deemed by AT, Bacchus and team that a CR is a better value proposition. Short term pain, MT LT gain. Looking forward to the purpose of CR shortly. A not too big CR and some BNP Paribas debt component would likely be enough to complement the cash flow from MC.
