AT is targeting institutional investors thus far (no invites were sent to retailers).
Then again don't forget what rabbit AT pulled out to get us US$905 in early December, and the rocket that ignited. Nobody saw that coming!
I would say anything is possible here... Exciting 48 hours coming up, and opportunity window will only be wedged open very tightly if it does, IMO.
