    This is herd mentality at play here.
    CR - fund use to advance / develop sound project to increase / improve future earning is a HUGE tick - no dilution whatsoever and shouldn't affect the SP.
    CR - fund use to retire debt or keep banker at bay or for survival is a HUGE dilution and normally the SP get smash soon after.
    Some investors simply can't differentiate the two and put all in the negative basket.
