Always remember that brokers will tell there clients to dump stock sooner than later. Brokers will get a 3-5% fee + brokerage on sale.
Any premium will be realised on day 1.

I would not be surprised to see 60 cents within 1 month.

This placement will eatup entire 15% capacity so they will not be able to raise ny further funds without shareholder approval.

Good result for company on gaining funds.

They just need to produce gold consistently.
