If it were a CR, it would have made reference in the letter to ASX, rather than just the material announcement. Personally, I'm not expecting fireworks right off the bat but I am looking forward to seeing the corollary announcements from having acquired the facilities, licenses and relationships of Panax. A 2nd test crop and proof of the extraction facility should shore up their position soon enough.
I hope MMJ does you well. I only sold out for my tax bill and car insurance, but I've always felt more comfortable holding MXC for the long term.
