Seems a fair enough offer...but I'm always leery of the real value of these situations. Could it be that Tenemos has sniffed out that by acquiring RFL they can make 1 + 1 = 3 and maybe much higher. Still I'm happy with a 74% gain in six months to the implementation date.....takes care of a few other bruises alomg the way.
