Was initially very Confused.. with these trading numbers...saw that yesterday as well...crossed over trades...then saw the Halt.

a voluntary trading halt immediately in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 in relation to
completion of an agreement with the US Department of Defence.
The question is:
A sniff of money from the USA DOD?
An agreement to purchase telecommunications access ?
An agreement to fund and own a percentage of the telecom access, use and profits?
I would think its an agreement to move forward to use SAS's telecoms assetts. With or without up front funds. What ever the announcement...an arrangement with the USA DoD means security and money.
