Perhaps it's a deal for the autonomous RND. Since I was a kid the US has always wanted their own own 'Star Wars' defence shield. We now know Trump wants to revisit that.
We also know that our 3 Diamonds are completing software testing right now and we also know is that the US DOD has deep, deep, deep, deeeeeeeep pockets!!
What we don't know is what the deal is!
