Dave I'm sure the Company would have taken into account that the R&D ruling could go any of 3 ways, yes, no or partial approval. Each would have ramifications with regard to how we proceed. I'm guessing they are now finalising our way forward from this point and want to inform shareholders in detail, which will be the next announcement.
Not predicting what the ruling will be, but regardless we will be pushing on with the MPA. All IMO
