SP3, I agree and I wonder how such a detailed finding will impact on the T&Cs of the TPA, which is currently under review by NLC and NMDC legal teams. Were the MPA T&Cs agreed to on the basis of an expected finding? It sounds like they may have been. I am starting to think now that if the TH is lifted tomorrow (or even Tuesday), it may be a very good news. But if there is a suspension, I would be getting nervous if I was holding.
