    They were merely stating their opinion. That was fairly obvious seeing no one is reiterating we've secured those amounts of monies yet as a definite.

    You could've merely followed up with them for clarification if you were confused on whether it was an opinion or a claim.

    But apology accepted nonetheless, scatterpult.
