My guess is the MPA has been ready for some time but certain funding details of the MPA were dependant on this latest outcome. Now that we have this ruling, whatever it is, hopefully positive, the MPA can finally be concluded and signed off. So I say we get ann about MPA either when we come out of this TH or very shortly after.
