    I contacted Hartleys (Friday) and Canaccord (today) about participation in the Beadell CR. Hartley's indicated that the CR was for instos and current account holders of Hartleys. There is no offering to current shareholders who are not account holders. What if I were to open an account, I asked, and the reply was that it was too late for that.

    No reply from Canaccord as this stage.

    As a shareholder in BDR, I requested access to a prospectus to learn more about the CR. No reply as yet.
