Just spoke to Lead manager for CR.
BDR has arranged placement of up to 138 million new shares at 29c to raise $40m, with an over-subscription extension of another $6m.
CR funds to be used for:
1) Purchase of plant enhancement such as design and construction of a new mill
2) Ongoing exploration to increase BDR's mining stock
3) Working capital purposes
