    The Australian has posted details on the CR for BDR.

    Brazilian gold producer Beadell Resources has become the latest gold stock to take advantage of strong conditions in the sector, launching an equity raising of $40 million to $46m.

    It is understood the raising is priced at 29c per share, compared to the 34.5c a share at which it was changing hands at before it called a trading halt this morning.

    The raising is being carried out by Hartleys and Cannacord.
