I hate to be a pessimist, but I cannot see how this could be good news unfortunately.
If it was cobalt, it would not be framed that way. Based on some of the posts previously I think it was Nikec, who quoted the investor relations guy advising that Brad was on site.
Now, he was either on site in response to an issue, or given that he is new, was on site, inspecting Kipoi.
Below are the scenarios that could be playing out, which may be the subject of the halt:
1. Disruption of some sort to the operations, weather related, pond leak, fire, etc;
2. Injury or fatality at Kipoi;
3. 2017 Guidance;
4. Record production;
Cobalt doesn't even make it on the list.
