Personally i think its a big coincidence that something may have gone wrong while he was there, guess we will find out. A trading halt is warranted for a number of reasons.

1. We have a new CEO, we need to know the direction of the company.
2. Guidence & ASIC
3. Cobalt project.

These three on their own may not be much, but put together a TH may be warranted.
