    If I was an institutional investor I would wait until drilling permits were granted before I signed off on CR
    and trying to buy say 100m shares on market would easily drive the price into the 5/6c range..
    Pure speculation here but maybe 100m@4c CR for $4m which would enable funds for Blastfurnace to find us a great cobalt play?
