How can anyone predict the price. You have no idea how many shares will be on offer, how much cash we will have in the bank. All these things are critical to valuation of a SP. To suggest SP to come down to placement price indicates a huge lack of understanding

Maybe your comprehension is the lack of understanding. I haven't predicted any price, all I said was typically share price will often come back to issue price and that's a fact. What I did say if you bothered to read properly is that what the share price does will depend on associated news. How is that making a price prediction? You are right I cannot predict the share price and have made no attempt to as I see no point in doing so until all the facts of the placement are out on the table. But I also don't see the harm in people hypothesising, this is not an encyclopedia, it is a forum for discussion. Just for the record this was my comment:
