Yet 2.3p (3.7c) doesn't reflect high demand. It appears to reflect a discount to VWAP that is typically required to incent demand. Perhaps DW meant that at 2.3p there was way more demand than he was needing. No surprise really. Wonder why the US investors at 4c from last time were not involved or declined?
