    They would have know three days ago how long they need to evaluate the proposal. Why ask for a halt and then a suspension. Just ask for a suspension upfront. So unprofessional in everything they do, we need the management team gone pay some to take the 1 page business if you have to and leave us with the remaining cash in a shell.
