A trading halt to announce a reseller of satellite services seem absurd especially when SAS have nothing to sell yet or perhaps for years till all the satellites are deployed. I am not even sure if device makers of IOT and M2M equipment are even going to make equipment capable of working with SAS proposed satellites now , in a few years or ever.
I highly doubt GlobalSat will be announcing today's SAS announcement as news.
