People you just dont have that level of share volume approx. 130m in one day and a close of between 1.1c to 1.2c (1.2c CHI-X accounting for approx. 50% of volume ) and a VWAP (Volume weighted average price of 1.2c ) unless something significant was around the corner - seen it many a time and after watching the volume churn around 1. 2c for most of the day, it was a no brainer for me to jump in at 1.2c -

As far as the wording "SIGNIFICANT" being used, announcement should be a positive result for us holders and pending on news i would expect a strong open.

Divestment/ or major company JV could be a possibility or a acquisition of some kind - so until announcement comes out its all speculation on our behalf
