I think you are right - i did question the Board at their last AGM in Nov and suggested that the company at 71c share price at the time was ripe for a takeover bid. The Board intomayted that there had been many running a ruler over the company.
I have held for more than 4 yrs and while disappointed that the dividends were scrapped they appear to be ticking the boxes now after exiting that big loss making contract. So I will now hope for a generous suitor at 1.50 plus !!
