I would come to the conclusion a lot of these poster complaining didn't hold a year ago and bought in on the incredible pump. If you held a year ago this CR wouldn't be to much of a concern because of the reason you stated. If you're a LT holder this is just a mild blip and a good way for MXC to consolidate their cash position. I held for a year and sold out at 0.051 a few days before the run, will watch in interest and look for a good re-entry price.
