I'm getting slightly uncomfortable here. The announcement appears to be a capital raise but we are still being fed the same old story.
"fast track" commercialisation of its pharma and cosmetics business.
"clinical trials" and "development" of pharma grade medicinal cannabis products.
Nothing new here!
Also wtf "performance shares" where is the criteria on how these are earned?
I wonder how much these guys are going to reward themselves in bonus's and salary after the CR
They would be far better off by actually announcing some facts like raising money for the purchase of suitable land , or getting an import license etc before going for a CR.
At the moment its all promise promise promise and its all getting very thin.
I reckon we are being played like a fiddle, but happy to be proved otherwise.
