Are the sage words of Dulux in earlier posts ringing in your ears Winner?
I always wanted to invest in the industry and looked at its participants. The only reservation was BM and his past, however the board looked like it was stacked with MM expertise and I thought BM may have the skills to harness that and propel the business at a corporate level for the benefit of its retail SH's
The more that I see in "performance shares" and distribution of shares going to "management" the less confidence I have in that trajectory. The view I hold atm is that the CR reeks of "opportunism " for management to continue to reward themselves at investors expense. Hopefully there will be some concrete news tomorrow to go with the CR to prove me wrong.
