If there is an ANN which does not include an Australian import license, approval to grow for medical use, purchase of land to grow MM, a takeover or major uptake of shareholding in the company but rather just a simple capital raising then I'm with Winnermelon.
I'm still not clear about what the criteria is for determining the issuance of "performance shares".
I can't find this information anywhere. Maybe "performance" is simply sitting on your arse and issuing them on certain price targets being met. Maybe there were more issued yesterday?
