So we agree, just wild speculation. And yes I agree the potential acquisition will be value accretive but surely how that affects the share price depends on the conditions of the sale? You can't tell me that if they for example issued 1bill shares for the acquisition as opposed to 1mill shares that this wouldn't affect the end share price? Like I said, without the specific details you can guess all you want, but it is uneducated ie you don't have the required information to make an educated evaluation

I disagree with you on this point. I think you can make an educated evaluation on a speculative stock and if investing longer-term it is imperative that you do so on a regular basis. In my 30 years of trading I have consistently evaluated my speculative holdings but to do that successfully I need as much details as possible in front of me, the more I have, the more accurate my assessment will be.


Saying all this, everyone has their own technique. If playing price guessing games on lack of information works for you then keep at it. In the end increasing your net worth defines your success.
