Placement price is 4 cents, unfortunate but reasonable. As much as we would like to think the company wants to raise higher so less dilution will occur to the register. The truth is they dont really care. Explains the share price drifting back down here. I would have hoped it would be done a bit higher early on before it fell this far back.
This will no doubt get a pump for the rights issue.
