Not really, because for performance shares to be allocated, the company needs to perform. Which if its performing as per the prospectus that means we have "made it" so to speak, which will warrant a significantly higher share price and a significantly higher market cap. ie the market cap would be justified.
There is no guarantee that the performance shares shares will ever be issued.
Right now as the company stands the market cap is actually $24 million. Because thats what the market is valuing it at based on its performance so far and the number issued shares on the register.
New shares to be issued will be 137,500,000 for the raise.
