Just to clear this up once and for all as no one seems to have the correct info.

(ASX: CR8) to raise up to $3.5m (Placement). Together with the placement the Company will complete a rights issue to raise a further $2m (Rights Issue). The Rights Issue will be conditionally underwritten, with the primary condition being the underwriter engaging sub-underwriters for the full amount underwritten.

The placement is being undertaken at 4 cents per share with a 1 for 2 attaching free listed option (exercisable at 6 cents per share with a 12 month expiry). The placement options will be offered under the rights issue prospectus as a separate offer of options.
